1. The submission must be original and constitute a scientific contribution, (theoretical or practical) proven, in one of the fields of specialization of the journal.
2. The contribution must not have been the subject of an earlier publication, a submission for publication in progress or a presentation at any scientific event.
3. The text may be written in one of the following languages: Arabic, French or English. In addition, the contribution must include two abstracts, one in Arabic and the other in English (whatever the language of the article), of a maximum volume of 150 words per abstract, the latter must include: overview of the problem, the method (s) used, the value of the contribution and the expected results, as well as the conclusion, which should include a brief summary of the contribution and the results obtained.
4. Each summary must be followed by five (05) keywords sorted alphabetically, as well as JEL classification codes.
5. The volume of the submission must be within the limit of twenty (20) pages (figures, tables and appendices included).
6. Whatever the language of the article, its title must be translated into English and inserted directly under the original title.
7. The text of the article should be written using the MS Word word processor, also:
- For articles in Arabic language: They must be written using the font "Traditional Arabic", Size 14 for the text and Size 12 for the endnotes.
- For articles in a foreign language: They must be written using the font "Times New Roman", Size 12 for the text and Size 10 for the endnotes.
- The lines of the text must be separated by a single line.
- The titles must be in Bold.
- The margins to use: High = 2.25; Bottom= 1.75; Right = 1.5; Left = 2.5
8. The page size for the layout must be of type "B5 JIS" (dimensions: 18.2 x 25.7).
9. The text notes must be carried in automatic mode and at the end of the document (end notes).
10. The first page must include the title of the article, the name of the author, his scientific rank, the organization to which he is affiliated, his personal details (Telephone and Email Address), as well as the two summaries of the article. Article.
11. Referrals (notes) must be inserted automatically and appear at the end of the document (Endnote).
12. References should in no case be included as endnotes. The quotation of the references must be done according to the style "APA" (see link at the bottom of the page *), by citing the source in the body of the text (authors, year), and by mentioning it completely in the list of references at the end of the document.
13. The acceptance of a contribution for expertise, is conditioned by the signature of the commitment (available for download on the website of the journal and from the ASJP platform), the copyright conditions and by the respect total of the above-mentioned publication standards. Also, authors can use the dedicated Template, available for download at the bottom of this page.
14. The editorial board of the journal undertakes to confirm to the authors the receipt of their articles, and to inform them of the result of the arbitration. However, contributions submitted to the journal can not be returned to the authors, whether published or not.
15. The Drafting Committee grants itself the right, and when the situation so requires, to make editorial corrections to the text, but without modifying its content.
16. No article sent by email will be accepted. The articles proposed for publication must imperatively be sent through the page dedicated to the magazine Al-Bashaer, on the "Platform of the Algerian Scientific Journals (ASJP)" (https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/196).
17. The journal is in no way responsible for any plagiarism. In addition, the opinions expressed in it are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the review.
18. If the editorial board of the journal grants its final acceptance for the publication of the aforementioned article, the author(s) accept and agree to not be able to dispose of it, whether by publishing it (in the state or after translation) at a third party, by uploading it to a database or a website or to any media, without the prior written consent of the editor of the journal.

Reviewing Process:

Submissions are inspected by the Editorial Board for the first time, which must judge their compliance with the publication rules. If the article does not comply with all the rules, it’s automatically rejected.

Then, the paper is subjected to an anti-plagiarism check. If the plagiarism rate exceeds 10%, the article is rejected and the authors are blacklisted and banned from publishing in the journal for 5 years.

If the article complies with publication standards, it is sent anonymously to two experts (double Blind peer-review), specialized in the topic of the submission. The experts must be from a different institution (and country if possible) from the author(s).

If both reports are positive and in favor of the submission for publication, the expert reports are sent to the authors (after hiding the identity of the experts), so that they make the requested changes (of form and/or contents). As well, if one of the two reports is negative, the proposed article is automatically rejected.

After the reception of the final submission, it is examined by the committee or the review to check whether the changes requested by the experts have actually taken place, and a copy is sent to the reviewers for confirmation. Otherwise, it is returned to the authors with the obligation to rectify it before 72h, under penalty of final rejection..

Finally, the submission is sent to the secretariat of the journal for final editing and publication.
Important : After downloading the Template, it is sometimes necessary to change the name by adding ".docx" at the end (without the quotation marks ""), or to choose the Word program, from the list that appears, displays after clicking on the downloaded file.
